Forum Estates PID wants to install a six-foot tall concrete wall in the right-of-way on the south side of Forum Drive east of Great Southwest Parkway. (See attached Exhibit “A” for wall location). The wall will be two feet in the right-of-way.
The City Staff has reviewed this request. There were no objections to install a six-foot tall concrete wall in the right-of-way. The location of the wall will not be a hindrance to sight visibility. A traffic control plan must be approved prior to working on Forum Drive.
The license has no expiration date. The City may terminate the agreement upon (i) substantial breach of the agreement or (ii) abandonment of the Facilities for 180 days or more or by (iii) written notice.
Financial Consideration
Revenue: $10.00 which is the recommended one time only charge for the license.
