Analysis

On October 15, 2019, a contract was awarded to SPSD, Inc. in the amount of $105,804.49 for High Hawk PID Landscape Installation.  Because this amendment increases the contract value by more than $50,000, this change cannot be implemented without City Council authorization.

This proposed Change Order No. 1 is for landscape installation in High Hawk PID. 

This change order will not change the term of this contract. The expiration date will be September 30, 2020.

Financial Consideration

Funds for this contract are available from annual assessments adopted by the City Council on September 17, 2019, which are estimated to generate $411,446 for the fiscal year.
