Analysis
On July 16, 2019 the Council City approved a contract with Home Depot thru a national inter-local agreement with U. S. Communities for work connecting a private service line at several properties on OUR Lane. These house's will connect to the City's sewer collection line which will ultimately connect to a new Trinity River Authority of Texas (“Authority”) interceptor sanitary sewer line. These property owners agreed to easements on their property for the TRA project in exchange for new City sewer service to their houses when available and the abandonment of their private septic tank/systems on their property. OUR Lane replacement locations include the following: 802, 902, 922 OUR Lane and additional tract on Graft property.

Change Order No. 1 work will include all materials, equipment and labor for additional drain runs in multiple locations. Tree removal, repair of a damaged propane line, repair of sprinkler lines and additional soil and sod. Also, cut and trench a driveway and backfill with fresh asphalt.
