Analysis

The Crime Control and Prevention District board has held two public hearings and adopted the FY20-21 CCPD budget on September 15, 2020.  The Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 363, Crime Control and Prevention Districts, requires the governing body of the political subdivision that created the district to hold a public hearing on the proposed CCPD budget and adopt the budget.
