This agreement is proposed on construction with the City and the Prairie Waters Development located on the southeast corner of S.H. 360 and Ragland Road.
This agreement has been previously discussed with the City Council to prepare vacant tracts in the S.H. 360 corridor for development. The agreement includes water, sewer, paving and drainage that will allow this area to be "Development Ready". Total costs will be $2,118,993.
