Analysis
In March 2017, City of Grand Prairie Street Services completed repairs to the parking lot at Lone Star Park. The total cost was $7,059.84. The City has requested reimbursement of this expense from the Sports Corporation.
Financial Consideration
Legal Fees were budgeted at $50,000 for the current fiscal year. To date, the actual legal fees have been less then $3,000. The Sports Corp could transfer $7,059.84 from the legal fees line item budget to the maintainance line item budget to cover the parking lot repairs and still have close to $40,000 remaining in the legal fees budget.
