Analysis

Espey Engineering firm developed the city's Wastewater Master Plan and has long provided related on-going engineering support for various wastewater issues to include hydraulic modeling, verification and testing of TRA billing meters and assisting in obtaining 15% principal forgiveness and interest subsidized loans for the Texas Water Development Board. This contract continues that support as well as addressing other wastewater issues that may arise

Funding for the Engineering Contract for General Wastewater Support with Espey, Inc DBA as RPS in the amount of $60,000, a 5% contingency of $3,000, for a total of $63,000 is available in the Wastewater Capital Project Fund (500592) WO #01812801 (Consultant Support WWST Master Plan).
