Analysis
Cheryl Davenport, the current Treasurer of the Sports Corp, is retiring in March 2018 and her replacement has not yet been identified. Lee Harriss, CPA has worked for the City for over 15 years and is responsible for administration of the City's TIFs and PIDs. It is recommended that the Board elect Lee Harriss to assume the administrative duties of the Treasurer of the Sports Corp at this time.
Current signatories on the Sports Corp bank account at Wells Fargo are:
Ron Jensen
Jim Swafford
Jorja Clemson
Cheryl Davenport
Ms. Davenport currently signs the checks manually along with Mr. Jensen's electronic signature. Since Ms. Davenport will be removed from the account, it is recommended that the checks be electronically signed by Mr. Jensen and one of the two of the remaining signatories.
Current representatives on the Sports Corp Texpool account are:

Jacqueline Hathorn
Upon her retirement, Ms. Davenport will be removed from both Wells Fargo and Texpool accounts. A replacement for Ms. Davenport on the Sports Corp financial accounts will not be named until the City hires her replacement.
