On Friday, March 2^nd, Staff met with an applicant interested in developing a convenience store with gasoline sales at the southwest corner of SH 161 and Trinity Blvd.  Given concerns over the number and location of convenience stores with gasoline sales along major corridors, Staff has requested that the applicant attend the CCDC meeting prior to submitting a development application for a Specific Use Permit/Site Plan.
