Price agreement for High Level Lighting Maintenance with Standard Utility Construction, Inc. Analysis
The price agreement with Standard Utility Construction, Inc. will be utilized by the Street Services Department for maintenance and repairs of street lighting.
Notice of bid #18096 was advertised and viewed by 71 vendors, including four (4) Grand Prairie vendors. Only one bid was received as shown in Attachment A.
The only bid recieved, from Standard Utility Construction meets specifications and is recommended for award. The price agreement will be for one year with the option to renew for four, one-year periods.
Financial Consideration
Funding is available in FY 2017/2018 Street Lighting Maintenance (251310-63145) and Traffic Signals Maintenance (251310-63125); and will be charged accordingly on orders through the end of the current fiscal year. Funding for future fiscal years will be paid from that year's approved budget.
