Analysis
Lake Ridge Parkway was originally constructed in the early 1980s and has undergone several rehabilitation efforts since the early 2000s with significant rehabilitation efforts remaining. The purpose of this study will be to assess the current condition of the infrastructure along Lake Ridge Parkway from the marina at Joe Pool Lake to the city limits of Cedar Hill, identify required and desired improvements, identify potential funding sources, identify potential permitting needs and finally develop a prioritization and implementaiton plan for the improvements.
Timeline to address final comments and finalize report will be January, 2019.
Financial Consideration
$18,614 is available by appropriating and transferring from the un obligated fund balance of Street Capital Projects Fund (400192) WO #01817201 (Lake Ridge Master Plan Study)

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. THAT THE FY 2017/2018 Capital Improvement Projects Budget be amended by approprating $18,614 from the unobligated fund balance in the Street Capital Projects Fund (400192) WO#01817201 (Lake Ridge Master Plan Study)
