September 4, 2018 Approve calendar
September 18, 2018 Notice of Intent to Issue Certificates of Obligations
November 6, 2018 Receive and select competitive bid and approve Bond Sale Ordinance
Financial Consideration
City expects to issue approximately $44 million in CO's with 20 year debt service payments. The bond proceeds will provide funding for various capital improvement projects proposed in the City's Fiscal Year 2018/2019 Budget Program.
