Analysis
The Fire Department is currently retrofitting many older apparatus to include mobile generators in order to power larger air conditioning units installed on each of the vehicles.
It is the Fire Department's recommendation to award the informally bid commodities to Mobile Electric Power Solutions, Inc., the only responsive vendor.

Funds are available in Fire-State Supplemental Funds (TASPP) Fund (334691) Minor Equipment (60520).
