Consider a Final Plat to establish two (2) industrial lots (Lots 4R-1 & 4R-2) and dedicate the necessary easements to accommodate the development of the property.

 

The 14.22 acre property is zoned Planned Development-217C (PD-217C) District and is generally located northwest of Commerce Park Drive and N. Belt Line Road.  The property is situated in the Benjamin Reed Survey, Abstract No. 1225.  The property is located in City Council District 1, represented by Councilwoman Jorja Clemson.

PLAT FEATURES

 

This portion of the development consists of two 100,800 square foot office/warehouse buildings (Buildings 7 & 8). The plat dedicates necessary utility easements to accommodate the development. The plat provides access easements to adjoining properties establishing connections to public rights-of-way.
