The property is generally located at the northwest corner of Wildlife Parkway and N. Belt line Road, more specifically addressed at 701 E. Wildlife Parkway. The property is located in City Council District 1, represented by Councilwoman Jorja Clemson.

PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
The applicant is proposing to plat 59.11 acres into two future industrial lots (Block 1, Lots 1 & 2) and one undisturbed/wetlands lot (Block 1, Lot 1X) dedicate rights-of-way for N. Belt Line Road and Wildlife Parkway and establish utility easements for future development of the property.

PLAT FEATURES:
This plat consists of two (2) undeveloped non-residential lots for future industrial development and one (1) undisturbed wetlands lot. In addition, the plat provides for necessary utility easements to accommodate the development and dedicate rights-of-way for future improvements to N. Belt Line Road and Wildlife Parkway. A portion of the lot is located in the City of Irving.
