Analysis

These properties were struck off to the taxing jurisdictions by Sheriff’s Deeds for delinquent taxes, penalties, interest and court costs.   The City advertised fifteen foreclosure properties for sale by sealed bids with a bid opening on October 21, 2015, (see attached map for locations).  Responsive bids were received for thirteen of these properties, as follows:
