PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
The applicant is requesting approval to combine five (5) residential lots into one (1) residential lot, consisting of 3.917 acres
BACKGROUND:
August 22, 1989: Ordinance 4577 was approved by City Council. This area was rezoned from Single Family-One (SF-1) and Single Family-Two (SF-2) to Planned Development District 201 (PD-201) for Single Family-Detached Uses.
September 8, 2008: A replat was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
September 9, 2009: The approved replat was never filed. The replat expired.
August 19, 2014: The Planning staff processed an application for the approval for a replat.
September 16, 2014: A legal notice was mailed to affected property owners and notice of the upcoming public hearing was published in the Fort Worth Star Telegram.
September 25, 2014: The Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting was held. Staff met with the applicant to discuss the proposal. The proposal was cleared to move forward subject to conditions found in the recommendation section of this report.
October 6, 2014: This item is scheduled to be heard by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
October 14, 2014: This item is scheduled to be heard by the City Council.
