Analysis

These properties were struck off to the taxing jurisdictions by Sheriff’s Deeds for delinquent taxes, penalties, interest and court costs.   The City advertised fifteen foreclosure properties for sale by sealed bids with a bid opening on March 16, 2016, (see attached map for locations).  Responsive bids were received for all five properties, as follows:

Financial Consideration

These properties are currently off the tax roll. After the sale they will return to the tax roll and the new owner will be responsible for maintenance.
