Consider a Preliminary Plat to establish three industrial lots on 215.73 acres to accommodate the immediate development of Lot 2, for 383,000 sq.ft. office/warehouse on 22.42 acres (Lot 2) Situated in the Milton H. Graham Survey, Abstract No. 507 and Joseph Graham Survey, Abstract No. 506, City of Grand Prairie, Dallas County, Texas, the is zoned Light Industrial (LI) District and is located within the Interstate-30 (IH-30) Overlay Corridor District.  The property is located in City Council District 1, represented by Councilwoman Jorja Clemson.

COMMENTS:

The preliminary plat establishes property boundaries for three separate lots on 215.73 acres.  The plat establishes Lot 2 and dedicate easements to accommodate the immediate development of the property on 22.39 acres for a warehouse/distribution facility.  The remainder of the property is Lots 1 & 3, a shall remain undeveloped.  The purpose of the plat approval is to ensure full compliance with UDC regulations and standards.
