PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
The applicant is proposing to plat 37.40 acres in the LI District, within the Great Southwest Industrial District, into a two-lot non-residential subdivision.
CONFORMANCE WITH COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:
The Future Land Use Map (FLUM) of the 2010 Comprehensive Plan shows this area as appropriate for Open Space and Drainage. This use is inconsistent with this FLUM designation. Annually, the Future Land Use Map is revised to address inconsistencies that arise during the year.

PLAT FEATURES
The plat graphically depicts access to Great Southwest Parkway and 114th Street, as well as, drainage and utility easements. The plat also depicts a “30-foot No Build” along a portion of the western property line of Lot 1, Block 1.
