PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
The applicant is proposing to combine multiple lots & tracts into one lot and establish easements on the existing GPISD’s school property. The 32 are property provides for multiple athletic facilities including two new baseball and softball fields, tennis courts, varsity track & field facilities and additional parking for Gopher Bowl athletic and civic events.
PROPOSED USE CHARACTERISTICS AND FUNCTION:
Existing public infrastructure (ingress/egress) points, drainage elements and vehicular circulation has been constructed over the past few years to accommodate the Districts goals and objectives.
