PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
The applicant is amending the Final Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Mirabella Commercial Addition, approved on October 7, 2014. Errors were found on the existing plat concerning the length and positioning of lot lines. This plat purpose is to resolve any inconsistencies with the legal description of the current plat and the actual area of land being described.
