RP140703 - Replat - Iglesia Evangelica Addition (City Council District 5).  Consider a request for a replat, combining two (2) lots to create one (1) residential lot, approximately 1.38 acres.  The subject property is located at 426 MacArthur Blvd and 501 NE 31st St and zoned Single Family-Four District (SF-4).

PURPOSE OF REQUEST:                     

 

The applicant is requesting approval to combine two (2) residential lots into one (1) residential lot.  The Iglesia Evangelica Church is in the process of constructing a larger worship area.  Due to the size of the proposed worship area, more parking is needed.  The replat will give the church more land area for parking.

Legal notice of this item was published in the Fort Worth Star Telegram on June 19 and July 6, 2014.  Property owner notices were mailed on June 20, 2014.  As of the date of this report, staff has not received any correspondence regarding this request.

RECOMMENDATION:

 

The DRC recommends approval of the request for the replat.
