PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
The applicant is requesting approval to combine two (2) residential lots into one (1) residential lot. The Iglesia Evangelica Church is in the process of constructing a larger worship area. Due to the size of the proposed worship area, more parking is needed. The replat will give the church more land area for parking.
