PURPOSE OF REQUEST:

 

The purpose of the request is to create two lots out of a tract of land on 2.238 acres to allow a 7-Eleven convenience store with Gasoline and Diesel Fuel Sales.

The applicant will be responsible for improvements to Hardrock Rd. Before the plat is filed with the county, the applicant must receive TxDOT approval to allow the proposed driveway onto SH 161.
