PROPOSED USE CHARACTERISTICS AND FUNCTION:
The undeveloped Industrial zoned 1.985-acre property will provide for considerable width (650’) in conformance with LI’s minimum 100’ width standard; however, the existing 133’ depth does not comply with minimum 150’ standard.
REQUESTED APPEALS BY APPLICANT:
Relaxation to the minimum 150’ lot depth standard as required for LI zoning district properties, as required by UDC Article 6, Density & Dimensional Requirement.
RECOMMENDATION:
Due to existing characteristics of the property, The Development Review Committee recommends the Planning & Zoning Commission grant the appeal as requested to allow for 133’ lot depth.
