PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
The applicant is requesting approval to subdivide two (2) lots into three (3) Light Industrial lots, consisting of 5.25 acres.
BACKGROUND:
December 19, 1963: The Airport Industrial Park addition was approved for a Final Plat.
June 9, 1986: Airport Industrial Park No. 2, Lots 1, 2, 3, Block D was approved for a replat.
March 28, 1994: Airport Industrial Park No. 2 Addition, Lot 3-R and Lot 4, Block D was approved for a replat.
September 23, 1996: Property was approved for a replat.
October 14, 2014: Planning Staff processed an application for a replat.
November 13, 2014: The Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting was held. Staff met with the applicant to discuss the proposal. The proposal was cleared to move forward subject to conditions found in the recommendation section of this report.
December 1, 2014: This item is scheduled to be heard by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
