The property owner, Patrick C. Nolan Family Trust, has agreed to sell the whole property containing 12.3062 acres (536,058 s.f.) for $247,000.  This negotiated purchase amount is within a range of market value determined by comparable properties.  The Patrick C. Nolan Family Trust will pay for an owner’s title insurance policy and property taxes up to date of closing.  Estimated date of closing is January 24, 2020.  The City is responsible for surveying and demolition of improvements.  Closing costs will be divided evenly.
