PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
The purpose of the replat is to remove deed lines between Site 15A and 15B of Block 6 of the Industrial Community No. 5 plat and to add water and drainage easements.
CONFORMANCE WITH COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:
The Future Land Use Map (FLUM) of the 2010 Comprehensive Plan shows this area as appropriate for Light Industrial (LI). This use is consistent with this FLUM designation.

PLAT FEATURES
