PURPOSE OF REQUEST:

 

The purpose of the request is to create one lot out of a tract of land on 7.601 acres for Light Industrial uses within a Light Industrial District.

 The applicant is requesting to create one lot out of a tract of land on 7.601 acres for Light Industrial uses within a Light Industrial District. Access to the subject property is provided along E Main St.  The plat also depicts the necessary utility easements and setbacks.    

 

Any future construction or development on the property will require Site Plan approval through the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

DRC finds that the preliminary plat meets the requirements of the zoning and the Unified Development Code and recommends approval as presented.
