PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
The applicant is proposing to final plat 1.72 acres in PD-217 into a single-lot non-residential subdivision. The subject site is currently zoned PD-217 for Commercial uses and is within the Belt Line Corridor Overlay District.
CONFORMANCE WITH COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:
The Future Land Use Map (FLUM) of the 2010 Comprehensive Plan shows this area as appropriate for Commercial/Retail/Office (CRO) uses. This use is consistent with this FLUM designation.

PLAT FEATURES
Access will be provided to Belt Line Road via on driveway access point and to the I-30 Frontage Road via two driveway access points. Subsequent final plats and site plans will be required that graphically depict any easements made necessary due to the development of the site.
