PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
The purpose of this request is to replat the property to add an additional five feet to the southern property boundary of the platted lot.
BACKGROUND
On April 7, 2014, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved P140208, which platted Lot 1, Block 1 of the Wildlife Commerce Park Addition. Subsequently, prior to recordation, the applicant was administratively approved to add an additional five feet to the southern property line. In error, the plat that was recorded in the land records was not the plat depicting the five additional feet. The applicant is replatting to show the corrected property boundaries.
CONFORMANCE WITH COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:
The Future Land Use Map (FLUM) of the 2010 Comprehensive Plan shows this area as appropriate for Mixed-Uses (MU). This use is consistent with this FLUM designation.
