PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
The applicant is proposing to plat 81.39 acres in PD-217C into a two-lot non-residential subdivision. The subject site is currently zoned PD-217C for Commercial, Retail, and Light Industrial uses.
CONFORMANCE WITH COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:
The Future Land Use Map (FLUM) of the 2010 Comprehensive Plan shows this area as appropriate for Mixed-Uses (MU). This use is consistent with this FLUM designation.
