The abandonment applicants, Joshua M. Spare and Jeanne M. Spare, have requested the abandonment of a 7.5-foot utility easement located at the rear of 7259 Mirada. The Spare’s want to construct a retaining wall in order to build a patio and shade structure. All public utility companies have agreed with the abandonment.
