SUMMARY:

 

This is a request to approve a Residential Replat creating 1 lot out of 0.39 acres. The subject property is located at the addresses 1030 and 1034 Tapley Street.

 

PURPOSE OF REQUEST:

 

The purpose of this Residential Replat is to create 1 lot out of the 0.39 acres to facilitate building a residential house on a larger lot.

RECOMMENDATION:

 

The Development Review Committee recommends approval of the requested Residential Replat.
