PURPOSE OF REQUEST:

The applicant has had several code violations over the years. The applicant is requesting a specific use permit to permit current unauthorized activities and to bring the property into compliance with all city ordinances.

BACKGROUND:

September 16, 2014: The Planning staff processed an application for the approval of a Specific Use Permit.

October 23, 2014: The Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting was held. Staff met with the applicant to discuss the proposal. The DRC determined that this request was not ready to move forward and recommended the case be tabled.

This case was tabled by City Council on 11/18/2014, 12/9/2014, 5/19/2015, 6/16/2015, 8/18/2014.

August 20, 2015: The Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting was held. Staff met with the applicant to discuss the proposal. Staff determined that this request was ready to move forward.
