Attached is a detailed summary of the modifications included in change order #04.
On June 3, 2014, City Council approved change order #03 which included an error in the amount of the actual change order. The amount of $103,151.11 should be corrected to $103,351.11.

Funding for change order #04 in the amount of $90,052.59 is available in the Park Capital Projects Fund (317193), WO #01101903 (Dalworth Expansion).
