The City is expanding its current video conferencing equipment to allow for communication between different locations around the City and organizations outside the City. The equipment would be installed in the City Manager's conference room as part of the City Manager's Office remodel. The equipment, installation, and training would be provided by Flair Data Systems, a Department of Information Resources vendor under Contract number DIR-TSO-2542 expires 5/5/18. Total contract amount is $57,033.25
