The subject property is currently zoned Neighborhood Services (NS) District The 0.986-acre property is generally located at the southeast corner of Matthew Road and Alspaugh Lane, more specifically addressed at 1621 Alspaugh Lane. The property is located in City Council District 6.

ADJACENT LAND USES:

North - Parcels north of the subject property are zoned Planned Development 84 (PD-84) District and used for single family detached residential uses.
South - Properties to the south are zoned Planned Development 268 (PD-268) District and developed as single family residential uses (Lakewood Phase 4)
East - Located east of the subject property is zoned Planned Development 84 (PD-84) District and used for single family detached residential uses.
