The abandonment applicants, Pacheco Koch as property owner representatives, have requested the abandonment of a 15-foot utility easement on the east side of this lot (see "Exhibit B" for aerial map). All public utility companies have agreed to the abandonment. The property owner, SP 2710 Forum Drive, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company, wants to construct a new warehouse over the easement. All existing infrastructure has been removed (see 'Exhibit A" for easement description).
Staff has reviewed the requested abandonment and finds that the abandonment of the 15-foot general easement will not hinder drainage or utilities in the area. All pre-existing drainage patterns will be maintained.
