Analysis
The property owner, TRG SOUTHGATE, LP., a Delaware limited liability partnership, has to construct a landscape wall on a City-owned 10-foot utility easement according to their approved site plans for Prairie Water----Southgate Development Addition. This land scape wall (See Exhibit “B” for aerial map) will be constructed in the Prairie Waters-Southgate Development Addition, Lot 2, Block B, Tarrant County, at 3655 Prairie Waters Drive. This wall will not block visibility at this location. The landscape wall (See Exhibit “A” for detail) will encroach at various locations along the 10-foot utility easement.
Staff has reviewed the requested request and recommends approval of the encroachment agreement. (See agreement attached as Exhibit “C”)
