Analysis
The abandonment applicants, Mac Crossing, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, has requested the abandonment of general utility and sanitary sewer easements at 2535 and 2615 Gifford Street (see aerial location as Exhibit “B”). All public utility companies have agreed to the abandonment. These general utility and sanitary sewer easements are no longer being used and have been relocated. New easements have been already recorded.
Staff has reviewed the requested abandonment and finds that the abandonment of the general and sanitary sewer easements will not hinder drainage or utilities in the area.

Revenue: $250.00 paid with application.
