Analysis
On March 3, 2015 the City Council awarded a professional Engineering contract with Freese and Nichols, Inc. (15-4311) for engineering design of adequate roadway, storm drainage, and water and wastewater systems of Ragland Road, Day Miar and Connector roads east of SH 360. As part of this contract, the City approved c/o 1 on August 1, 2016 for providing a wastewater master plan for Loyd Park camp sites.

The current professional Engineering contract with Freese and Nichols, Inc. in the not to exceed amount of $314,845 will include design of the sanitary sewer improvement for Loyd Park loops A, F and G and electrical improvement for loops A, F,G and B.
Upon design completion, Loop B Electrical will bid as added alternate to the construction contract.

A summary of the items included as part of this project:

- Sanitary Sewer Improvements for Loops A, F and G. These improvements include 5200 linear feet of 6" SS and Service connections for all pad sites in these loops as well as appurtenances and pavement repair.

- 30' wide survey of Loops A, F and G

-Electrical system upgrades for Loops A, F, G and Loop B will provide 20A, 30A and 50A, 120V receptacles at each Camp site. The proposed upgrades include replacing the existing transformers and distribution panels serving the campsites in order to accommodate increased load.

-Environmental Coordination will include a pedestrian survey, a technical memorandum documenting finding and a submittal to the Texas Historical Commission as required for a project of this size.
