Del Moore has requested a license to construct and maintain a 15 foot by 15 foot wood deck within portions of a two utility easements in the back corner of his lot at 1513 King Arthur. The utility companies and City Staff have reviewed this request. There were no objections to the deck location.
The license will have a 20 year term with either party having the right to terminate upon written notice.
Financial Consideration
Revenue: $412.50 including the $100.00 application fee, which is the recommended one time only charge for the twenty year term license (Only 150 square feet is located on the utility easements at $2.75 DCAD land value for $412.50 ). Deposit has been made into 231410 42183.
