This site was inspected by the Code Enforcement Division and the Environmental Services Department and both have determined the business to be operating in conformance with the approved SUP Ordinance. Staff is recommending that this case be renewed and no further review shall be required by City Council unless recommended by Staff in conformance with the attached ordinance.
