The proposed 60-door terminal expansion to the site consists of additional employee and trailer parking located primarily on the western portion of the site. The 32.41 acre lot (Stellar Way Addition, Block 3, Lot 1; Grand Prairie, Dallas County, Texas) addressed at W. Trinity Boulevard; approximately 1,500 feet east of State Highway 161. The property is zoned Planned Development 221 (PD-221) District and is within the State Highway 161 (SH-161) Overlay Corridor District. The property is located in City Council District 1, represented by Councilman Jorja Clemson.
