Analysis

Local Government Code, Chapter 363, Section 363.101, states that the district will be governed by a board of seven directors and members will serve staggered two-year terms that expire September 1.

 

Current Members include:  Jeff Copeland, Richard Fregoe, Greg Giessner, Tony Shotwell, Jim Swafford, Lila Thorn, and Jeff Wooldridge. Terms will expire September 1, 2017 for the following members:  Greg Giessner, Tony Shotwell, Jim Swafford and Lila Thorn.
