Analysis
The abandonment applicant and property owner, Kimberly Stokes, has requested the abandonment of 2-feet surrounding pool decking (see aerial location as Exhibit “B”). The abandonment contains only 49.53 square feet of land (see Exhibit “A” for legal description of easement).
All public utilities have agreed to this partial abandonment. Staff has reviewed the requested abandonment and recommends the partial easement abandonment.
