Consider a request for the approval of a Replat of 3.917 acres, combining five (5) residential parcels into one (1) residential lot. This site is generally located on the west side of S. Belt Line Rd., south of Marshall Dr., north of Pioneer Pkwy, and is zoned Planned Development 201 (PD-201) District.

PURPOSE OF REQUEST:

The applicant is requesting approval to combine five (5) residential lots into one (1) residential lot, consisting of 3.917 acres

BACKGROUND:

August 22, 1989: Ordinance 4577 was approved by City Council. This area was rezoned from Single Family-One (SF-1) and Single Family-Two (SF-2) to Planned Development District 201 (PD-201) for Single Family-Detached Uses.

September 8, 2008: A replat was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission.

September 9, 2009: The approved replat was never filed. The replat expired.

August 19, 2014: The Planning staff processed an application for the approval for a replat.

September 16, 2014: A legal notice was mailed to affected property owners and notice of the upcoming public hearing was published in the Fort Worth Star Telegram.
