PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
The applicant is proposing to rezone approximately 2.047 acres from Multi-Family-2 (MF-2) district to General Retail-1 (GR-1) district. The subject site is currently zoned MF-2 and is within the S.H. 360 Corridor Overlay District.
CONFORMANCE WITH COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:
The Future Land Use Map (FLUM) of the 2010 Comprehensive Plan shows this area as appropriate for Mixed-Use (MU). The proposal will rezone the property from multi-family residential uses to commercial/retail uses.
