PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
This property is being platted in conformance with the requirement for new construction. The owners are proposing the development of warehouse and industrial development for this property. A Preliminary Plat was approved March 3, 2014. This Final Plat is consistent with the approved Preliminary Plat.
The applicant is requesting approval to take 42 acres Thomas Crocker Survey, Abstract No. 341, Tarrant County, TX, the Thomas Crocker Survey, Abstract No. 1704, Dallas County, TX, and the P.R. Splane Survey Abstract No. 1731, Dallas County, TX in order to plat three (3) light industrial lots.
